The Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of a total of 80 companies, split into three groups: 39 small employers (fewer than 100 employees) 15 mid-sized employers (100-250 employees), and 26 large-sized employers (more than 250 employees). Segue Technologies was ranked #16 in the  small business category.
