Senior Application Developer

Position Summary:

Segue Technologies, seeks a Senior Application Developer to maintain and document an existing, operating system developed using Lotus Notes / Domino, and support its migration to the Microsoft .NET / MS SQL environment.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

The effort requires development and maintenance of an existing Domino/Notes system, including documentation of databases, interfaces, triggers and applications; supervising the system operations including backup and recovery; and administration of the system in a PKI-security environment. The effort requires planning, design and implementation skills for migrating Domino/Notes applications to .NET/MS SQL environments, including architecting schemas, preparing System Requirements Review (SRR), System Function Review (SFR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) documentations. As well as the integration of multiple legacy data sources.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience in hands-on application development and administration knowledge of Lotus Domino v6.5
• Development experience of two or more of the following languages: LotusScript, JavaScript, Java, C/C++
• Development experience with Microsoft.NET and MS SQL environments
• Integration experience with IA and PKI design structures
• Design and development knowledge of IPv6
• Top Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience migrating Domino applications
