At a ceremony held at the Sheraton National Hotel, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce presented Segue Technologies with an Arlington Best Business “ABBIE” Award for 2010. This honor is bestowed upon viable, growing businesses that have shown leadership in their industry, maintain a strong reputation among their clients, and have demonstrated an interest in supporting the Arlington Community.

Segue joined the Chamber in 2009 and immediately benefitted from membership. Founded in 1924, the Chamber is a voluntary, nonprofit organization of hundreds of businesses and thousands of professionals who are committed to the economic prosperity and civic well being of the Arlington community. The Chamber organizes networking events and represents the interests of Arlington County businesses by: participating as an advocate to government; endorsing regional solutions to infrastructure and educational challenges; and striving to create the conditions that encourage a healthy community and business environment within the County and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

“We are very proud to receive this award as it reflects the success of our efforts to improve our business through improving our community,” said Segue Executive Vice President Ron Novak. “We have continually seen the advantages of Chamber membership since joining and look forward to the many opportunities that it will open to us. Most importantly we will continue to work to enhance the Arlington community within which Segue will thrive.”
