United States Marine Corp Finance and Sustainment Management Team
The Client
The United States Marine Corp Finance and Sustainment Management Team (FSMT) unit uses the application Seat Order Management, a financial management tool with roughly 65 users around the world, for tracking and analysis of NMCI performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of numerous network services and contract line items on the NMCI Contract. Segue Technologies, Inc. partners with Stanley and Associates to provide maintenance and new development to SOM.
The Challenge
The USMC FSMT unit needed a way to view and analyze performance on services provided by NMCI to ensure the Service Level Agreements are met. No reporting or analysis tool existed to combine the data needed from several disparate systems.
The Solution
The SOM application integrates data from various systems to present budget and analysis tools to FSMT in a web based environment using ColdFusion and MS SQL Server. Support for SOM includes:
