Position Summary:
Dynamic, forward-thinking company seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, implement, and support analytic and reporting solutions for our federal clients. The projects will involve integrating data from a wide range of personnel, manpower, financial and logistics data sources. The select candidate will play an integral role interfacing with end users and other team members on all aspects of solution implementation.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing and maintaining databases
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- In-depth familiarity with MS SQL Server and other RDBMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a small team
- Recent experience with business intelligence solutions such as Hyperion, Business Objects or Cognos
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- BA or BS degree in a related field or an equivalent level of knowledge
- US Citizenship required and the ability to obtain a security clearance
