Segue Awarded USAF Contract for Microsoft Exchange 2010 Configuration and Migration

Under the Air Force NETCENTS-2 Application Services Small Business Companion ID/IQ (indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity) contract, Segue Technologies® Inc. has been awarded a task order to support the USAFA’s configuration of and migration to Microsoft Exchange 2010.

Under this contract award, Segue will be providing analysis, design, installation, configuration, migration and clean-up services to migrate USAFA.edu users to a Microsoft Exchange 2010 e-mail environment. Segue will also be providing the US Air Force Academy (USAFA) with contractor consultant services to analyze the existing e-mail environment to include the USAFA.edu active directory (AD), network services (DNS, infrastructure, etc) and Exchange 2007 servers; to develop an implementation plan; to configure new Exchange 2010 e-mail servers; to demonstrate the process to migrate users from Exchange 2007 servers to Exchange 2010 servers and then allow 10th CS personnel to migrate all user mailboxes to the Exchange 2010 environment and once all mailboxes are off the Exchange 2007 servers, to decommission the Exchange 2007 servers and remove any residual configurations which may impact network operations.
