Segue Technologies® is proud to be a presenting sponsor for the 2017 Team Fastrax Warrior Weekend to Remember (TFX WWTR) in Dayton, Ohio. The event (July 20-23) is hosted by the Blue Skies for Good Guys and Gals Warrior Foundation, an organization that was founded by Segue’s Senior Director of Business Development, David Hart and his brother John. The mission of Blue Skies is to “honor our Combat Injured Purple Heart Warriors and Fallen Hero Gold Star Families by providing fun, bonding, enriching and life changing experiences that facilitate new friendships and emotional healing.”
During TFX WWTR, Blue Skies treats a group of deserving men and women who are Combat Injured/Purple Heart Recipients or Fallen Military/Gold Star families, who’ve lost a loved one in service to our country, to a weekend of fun and healing. Some of the TFX WWTR experience is open to the public and some is private for the sponsors and warriors. The following are the events that will be open to the public:
- 20 July 2017: Dayton Dragons Game: Purchase tickets here.
- 21 July 2017: Austin Landing Hot Rod Happy Hour (5:00-6:00) and Family Movie Night.
- 22 July 2017: Bill Wilch Memorial 5k Run/Walk at Smith Park, Middletown.
- 22 July 2017: Stage Ceremony to honor each warrior in front of tens of thousands of people at the Ohio Challenge Hot Air Balloon Festival in Middletown.
