Segue’s processes are guided by Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) principles and comply with industry best practices. Segue has been appraised at CMMI Level 2. We’ve taken a service-based delivery approach, with our appraisal focusing on Quality Control (QC) as an independent entity which can serve external customers and internal Segue development teams alike, with a CMMI compliant testing capability. As all product development must pass through the QC service, all Segue products are subjected to CMMI guided processes, yielding efficiencies, quality, and continual improvement.
