Quality Control Service

Segue’s commitment to delivering quality products is championed by our Quality Control (QC) entity. Independent from the development team, QC ensures compliance to industry standards as well as full adherence to customer requirements. We provide QC as a service to our internal development process, and as a standalone product offering to our customers. This offers a flexible QC function while still delivering the same systematic level of control defined traditional quality control. Our QC service includes:

Quality Control: A set of activities focused on ensuring that a product complies with technical requirements, customer needs, and industry standards. Aspects of QC include: planning of the test activities, verification of the requirements, validation of the product delivered, and delivery of reports for proof of accuracy and compliance.

Testing: Specific activities of the QC process aimed at executing the code delivered to ensure that the product meets the customer’s requirements.
