Segue’s Software Engineering methodology covers the full scope of the development lifecycle, from business process analysis to solution implementation and maintenance. We use a business-driven, adaptive model that we call the Segue Process Framework (SPF). This CMMI guided set of development processes and best practices has been refined through our experience on multiple large-scale enterprise systems, as well as numerous small and innovative projects - the SPF adapts to the scope of the project.
