Most employees work in the Segue office or onsite at a customer location. Each location has either convenient parking or public transportation available. There is a commuter benefit available for employees who work at a location without free parking. Regardless of your environment, we do our best to make it a comfortable and positive experience. In addition, work/life balance is important to us, so we try to be flexible when it comes to telecommuting and work hours. There’s also the added perk of group lunches, happy hours, and holiday parties.

As a small business, we work together across the entire organization to provide employees with insight into our various projects.
