Ron Novak

Oversees Commercial and Non-Profit business divisions. Leadership Arlington's "40 Under 40" honoree and member of multiple Non-Profit Boards in the Arlington area.
As part of Segue’s ownership team, Ron leads the Commercial and Non-Profit customer verticals with the guiding principles of innovation, exceptional customer support, and customer value. His diverse experience in Information Technology has been formed through a consistent desire to understand the total picture with respect to information exchange, security, and the end-user experience. His customer relationship building efforts are driven by a sincere interest in working with innovative organizations and helping them to achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Staying abreast of emergent technologies and understanding how organizations can apply them to enhance operational efficiency or generate revenue, is a part of how Ron ensures that Segue is a value-added partner to our customers.
Ron is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA) and has earned several industry certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). He is actively involved with several local charities and professional organizations. He currently serves as a Board of Director for the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and for the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Arlington Food Assistance Center Young Professionals Group.
