Segue Awarded USAF Contract for the Basic Military Training Instructor Behavioral Assessment

Under the Air Force NETCENTS-2 Application Services Small Business Companion ID/IQ (indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity) contract, Segue Technologies® Inc. has been awarded a contract to support the Basic Military Training (BMT) Instructor Assessment.

Under this contract award, Segue will be providing a commercial, off the shelf (COTS), web-based, 360 degree assessment software tool to gather, analyze, and report results of assessments. The software allows for questionnaire design, publishing, data collection, analysis, extract, and the ability to produce presentation quality reports effortlessly. The software also permits simultaneous use, as well as world-wide respondent access. Segue will also be providing system administration for formatting reports, changing questions, downloading data to government program managers. The system also gives the customer the ability to code keywords and other variables so single questions or groups of questions can be utilized for many different types of respondents, depending upon the evaluator’s role.

The Air Force uses this as a Mental Health selection process assessment tool for Military Training Instructors (MTIs) at Lackland Air Force Base.
