Under the Air Force NETCENTS-2 Application Services Small Business Companion ID/IQ (indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity) contract, Segue Technologies® Inc. has been awarded a task order to provide Callware Level Two sustainment services.
Segue will be responsible for the Callegra.UC system at Hurlburt Field, which is configured as a Voicemail, Speech Recognition Auto Attendant system running Callegra.UC version 6.14 JITC SP1RU3.
