Benefits of IBM Silver Business Partner Status

As an IBM Reseller Partner Segue is authorized to sell IBM products and services such as IBM software, hybrid cloud, AI, and infrastructure solutions to end customers. Segue is also able to work with IBM to provide consultancy and expert system integration. This includes system design, implementation, and management of IBM-based solutions such as:

  • Watsonx, IBM’s AI and data platform which includes Hybrid Cloud solutions and workflow automation
  • Guardium, IBM’s advanced Security solution which provides end-to-end protection, simplifies compliance, and automates discovery, analysis, and response functions

IBM Maximo Technology Implementation

For over 16 years Segue has implemented IBM Maximo to provide end-to-end asset and facilities management business solutions for Department of Interior (DOI) clients including the National Park Service and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Recently, Segue has been implementing Maximo Application Suite (MAS) including IBM Watsonx to deliver an integrated, AI-powered Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for Department of Interior – Bureau of Indian Affairs.
