Segue Technologies® was awarded a task order to support the National Park Service’s PFMD AMRS Upgrade. Segue will be working with a partner to upgrade the Business Objects and Crystal Reports implementation at PFMD, known as AMRS (or “Asset Management Reporting System”). This upgrade to BO 4.x includes a move to new virtualized hardware, as well as an upgrade to the report database, and will deliver higher performance for users and provide stronger reporting capabilities.

The Parks Facility Management Division (PFMD) is responsible for the operations mission, encompassing a wide range of facilities programs, of the National Park Service (NPS). The program managers of these programs require varying degrees of information management to gather data for reporting purposes to the Secretary of the Department of the Interior, Office of Management and Budget and the U.S. Congress. Segue currently supports PFMD through multiple task orders issued under a BPA, with cross-functional teams capable of delivering IT support services per NPS operational requirements.

About the National Park Service (NPS)

The National Park Service is a bureau of the Department of the Interior. Since 1916, the American people have entrusted the NPS with the care of their national parks. With the help of volunteers and park partners, the NPS is proud to safeguard these nearly 400 places and to share their stories with more than 275 million visitors every year. Tribes, local governments, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individual citizens seek the help of the NPS in revitalizing their communities, preserving local history, celebrating local heritage, and creating close to home opportunities for kids and families to get outside, be active, and have fun.
