About WEST 2018
The WEST Conference is an event co-sponsored by AFCEA International and the U.S. Naval Institute. The WEST conference provides an opportunity for military leaders to connect directly with technology experts to discuss the IT needs of the U.S. Navy and brainstorm solutions. Highlights of the conference include a town hall discussion with Admiral John Richardson (Chief of Naval Operations), General Robert B. Neller (Marine Corps Commandant) and Admiral Paul Zukunft (Coast Guard Commandant). There are also smaller events in which government, military, and industry professionals can dive deeper into specific topics and issues.
