Segue won a sole-source follow-on contract to continue providing the SAF/AQXE Air Force Industrial Liaison Office with data analytics and Business Intelligence services.

Segue is contracted to provide SAF/AQXE customers and users with Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, BI services, and service development documentation.

The planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of SAF/AQXE-managed appropriations requires analysis of large amounts of disparate, non-transparent, and non-normalized data. Segue develops and maintains processes and technologies for effectively supporting SAF/AQXE data to optimize analysis efforts.

The primary goal is to provide SAF/AQXE managers, analysts and constituent organizations with the ability to more accurately measure performance and successfully align resources with requirements.

Segue accomplishes service delivery through the acquisition of data from relevant and essential Government and public data sources; development and performance of complex, expertly tuned extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes; management, cleansing, analysis, and aggregation of data; facilitation and automation of user-level data extraction; and securing trusted data to meet organizational requirements.

The data capabilities need to ensure the ability to handle Government, commercial, and publicly available data from sources such as the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), Google Financials, and the System for Award Management (SAM). This work includes structuring data in a data warehouse/operational data stores to allow standard self-service queries and complex ad hoc queries for Business Intelligence (BI) purposes.
