Segue was awarded a contract to modernize the National Park Service (NPS) Park Facility Management Division (PFMD) Facility Management Software System (FMSS). This system is the tool at the heart of PFMD, and is a combination of web applications, databases, database reporting tools, Excel spreadsheets, Sage Timberline Cost Estimating Software® and IBM Maximo®. FMSS allows the NPS to track and maintain park assets, locations and work orders service-wide.

System modernization is Segue’s primary focus area, and this system facilitates interoperability through project support for the Parks Transportation Allocation and Tracking System (PTATS) and Roads Portal. Both of these systems get their data from various other NPS systems or interface with FMSS. Team Segue provides development support for these systems.

PFMD is a robust division, which involves over 7,000 NPS facility management employees and all 391 park areas. The Division is currently organized into seven branches that administer various facility-related Service-wide programs. Segue is a dynamic and ever-progressing company, and is proud to continue to support NPS through our system modernization and first-class support capabilities.
