Segue Technologies® Inc. was awarded a BPA to provide a range of IT support services to the National Park Service (NPS) and the Department of the Interior. Segue will support task orders for Operations and Maintenance of critical NPS systems. Task areas may include network and hardware administration, database management, application support, helpdesk, and change management. Segue’s experience in providing these services will generate operational efficiencies and enhancements toward achieving the NPS IT goals of reducing their hardware footprint and continuing their path toward paperless operations.

“New projects are always exciting for a small business, as it expands your services and capabilities, but also for getting to know the customer, their mission and helping them achieve their goals,” said Brian Callahan, Segue President and CEO.“ Our focus in supporting the National Park Service is to maintain and enhance their IT business systems, so that they can better preserve our country’s natural spaces.”

About the National Park Service (NPS)

The National Park Service is a bureau of the Department of the Interior. Since 1916, the American people have entrusted the NPS with the care of their national parks. With the help of volunteers and park partners, the NPS is proud to safeguard these nearly 400 places and to share their stories with more than 275 million visitors every year. Tribes, local governments, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individual citizens seek the help of the NPS in revitalizing their communities, preserving local history, celebrating local heritage, and creating close to home opportunities for kids and families to get outside, be active, and have fun.
