What Do You Like About Segue?
I find the attitude and approach of the staff to be refreshing. When Segue took over the SCS contract, they provided the environment and support for the existing team to succeed. While invested in the results, Segue allowed us to continue doing things without interference.
In Your Opinion, Why Should Others Apply to Work at Segue?
While the majority of my interaction with coworkers is limited to people that I have worked with for years, my interactions with Segue’s corporate resources and other projects has been overwhelmingly positive. Segue corporate has been responsive to our issues and concerns – absolutely vital during a global pandemic. In addition, I have been able to absorb staff from other quiescing projects. This desire to find places for staff on ending projects shows a desire to provide for the individual employee.

Segue is a unique collection of people who have come together to create an environment where projects can succeed and provide the best value for their customers.
What is Your Greatest Achievement at Segue?
Planning, architecting, designing, and implementing a series of 31 DLMS related CRs. This work began shortly before Segue assumed the contract and will continue until at least 2024.
What Is Your Opinion About Our Culture, Environment, and Work-Life Balance?
Segue is flexible with work hours, even more so working from home during the pandemic. This has made tailoring my balance between work, home, and entertainment easier. This flexibility has made the pandemic less stressful to deal with. I feel that Segue has acknowledged my contributions to the project and company when appropriate. I found this recognition to be satisfying and validated my contributions to the company, customer, and coworkers.
